New Modern Classic...The Perfect White Summer Shirt

" You know when you're on the hunt for something and you can't quite
find the right one. You try on, look at, or try out a few but there's something
just a little off you can't quite explain. And then when you find the perfect one
you almost rejoice like you actually accomplished something.
Don't lie it happens to all of us from cars to clothing.
I know it's ridiculous... but it's the truth."

So I finally found the perfect white shirt for the summer. I have a few, you have a few... But most out there and in my closet have a slim tailored fit and I wanted something extremely boxy with a loose drape like that great Take Ivy photograph from above. Look no further than Engineered Garments who made the perfect white shirt this season, the 19th Century BD in broadcloth. The lightweight material and high gusset is perfection.

The white shirt is a classic summer staple and really hard to fuck up but the douchebags that have taken over downtown Manhattan never cease to amaze me. Remember the simplicity is in the details...

Pretty.

I heart her smile and ballet flats.
