“Freddy Rocha's a local guy. He walks up and down main street bummin cigarettes and money. I once gave him a good amount for posing in a magazine. Now he thinks I'm loaded. I promised myself I wasn't gonna start giving him money this summer but he caught me at weak moment yesterday and I gave him 20 bucks. I saw him 15 minutes later he told me he was broke. He said he got a pack of cigarettes and 2 scratch cards.”
