You've booked your holiday. You've bought your swim shorts. All that's left to do is to rid yourself of that little accessory hanging around your middle: your gut. Getting fit fast might not seem quite as easy as drinking all those beers did but trust me, it's worth the struggle. Stripping body fat and increasing lean muscle is entirely possible when you focus on exactly what works. Not only does being fit look great, it feels great; the morning you get up, look in the mirror and actually notice a difference in your body is a very special moment for any man.
SOME COMMON MISTAKES...
— Not working hard enough
If you want to lose weight you are going to have to eat less and work more. It's that simple. If you are heading for a run, break it up by sprinting for 30 seconds as fast as you can and then jogging for two minutes
— Drinking sports drinks
In my experience, it's better to just stick with water, as most sports drinks are full of sugar, or worse. Remember to stay clean and lean - it's simple
— Not eating enough protein
Stop eating like your girlfriend and make sure you have protein with every meal. I'm not talking about huge hunks of meat but small quantities at regular intervals - at least four times a day. If you can't handle too much meat then get a high-quality protein powder
— Bad Digestion
If you're not digesting your food then you are becoming toxic. Having good digestion is important so make sure you get enough, at least 30 grams of fibre a day. Try using a fibre-blend supplement, or do what your mum told you and eat all your greens
