Porta's Listen...The Monocle Weekly - Edition 23

The team meet in London this week and, as Lebanon prepares to go to the polls, we test the mood in the country with CBC's Arab world correspondent Nahlah Ayed and Monocle's own Beirut correspondent, Carole Corm. We also find out more about Ramallah syndrome, a concept at the heart of Palestine's debut appearance at this year's Venice Art Biennale, with Dr Yazid Anani of Birzeit University. Rob Bound shares a pop music picking from Sweden and it's coffees all round as the team find out from owner-operator Shaun Bond how South Africa's latest export, the refreshing Portuguese-inspired café concept Vida e Caffé, plans to shake up London's latte market. Also in the studio is editor Andrew Tuck.
