Patrick Grant of Savile Row tailors Norton & Sons is here to talk shop and the importance of knowing your customer's every lump and bump. Conran mastermind and retail guru Priscilla Carluccio brings her extensive experience to the panel and gives us her prescription to remedy a floundering retail scene. Fresh off the plane from Reykjavik and still flying on the success of her 2009 Eurovision entry for Iceland, acclaimed pop sensation Yohanna is performing live in the studio. YOHANNA

Born in Copenhagen as Jóhanna Gudrún Jónsdóttir, Yohanna moved to Iceland when she was two years old and embarked on her remarkable singing career soon after that. Aged eight she was taken under the tutelage of María Björk; at nine she recorded her first album and released it to critical acclaim on her 10th birthday in 2000. Collaborating with songwriter and producer Óskar Páll Sveinsson on the Eurovision 2009 hopeful "Is It True?", Yohanna blew all but one of her competition away, finishing in second place. "Is It True?" reached the top of the charts in many countries across Europe and reached number one in Iceland.
