A very strong looking season

We’ve seen a number of previews from Woolrich Woolen Mills whether it be products, sketches or however they come. It’s probably the best collection from the brand that I’ve seen to date. I really like the color palette Mr. Suzuki played with this fall and especially like the reds in the stripes and the melange. Otherwise we can see some expected, but well done pieces in chambray, plaids, checks and navy. There seem to be come plaid lined mountain pants which look great, while it’s the pants with a elastic cuff that have me the most interested. As usual, there are a number of great jackets from parkas to the familiar Upland and Maine Guide. I’m quite a fan of the leather finishing touches on elbow patches, toggles and button straps to round off a very strong looking season. Still no retailers in Canada, so we’ll all be looking in the U S of A for this fall’s collection.
